 Lavender Barh Fizz

ラベンダー（ドライ）とラベンダーの精油を使ってバスフィズを作りました。

材料は重曹とクエン酸を2：1、ハーブ、精油、水だけです。

製氷皿とプラスチック容器に入れて半日置いてから取り出します。

夏はクーラーをつけているお部屋に置いておいたほうが乾きやすいですね。

使用するときはお茶パックに入れると、お風呂掃除が楽です。

Growing well in many climes,lavender requires a warm,sunny aspect and well drained soil,but is as happy in pots as it is in the ground. The flowes deter flies  and moths and the oil made from the leaves has a beneficial effect on stings,burns,cuts and grazes.

Lavender oil has strong antibacterial properties and kills the diphtheria and typhoid bacilli,as well as streptococcus and pneumococcus.

Adding the oil to a warm bath helps to assuage depression and anxiery and relieves headaches. Pour a few drops of lavender oil into bath water to ensure a good night's sleep,or to calm an irritable child.
